Welcome to S.O.I.L (School of Infinite Learning), a donation platform operated by Prajaahita Foundation, a registered non-profit organization dedicated to inclusive education and empowerment of children with disabilities.
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Platform. By accessing this website and making donations, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use S.O.I.L's Platform if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Platform Availability: We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance or other reasons.
No Warranties: The Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or virus-free.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prajaahita Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prajaahita Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ottapalam, Kerala for the resolution of any disputes.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Platform shall be instituted in the courts of Ottapalam, Kerala.
Informal Resolution: If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to first contact us at support@soil.org.in to try to resolve it informally.
Arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Ottapalam, Kerala, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not affect any donations already made.
By Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prajaahita Foundation regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions or your account to any third party without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision shall be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Prajaahita Foundation.
